I bought my truck from Sherman Chevrolet and have only taken it to the service department since owning it. The service team is always on point and very clear about what services I am getting. As long as I own a GMC or Chevrolet they have my business.

The people at the dealership are all great people to do business with. Everyone from the service department to the sales department and the receptionist treat me like family.
I have been coming here for the past 2 years for service on my SUV and I have always had a wonderful experience. They text me throughout the day to update me on any issues and they have always been helpful and accommodating.
Rocky met with me while I had the oil changed in my '19 Traverse. I saw a '21 Traverse that I asked him about. I wasn't expecting to work anything out because I still owed so much on my '19. But I was happily shocked that in the end, I came in under my current monthly payment, and I have a beautiful, newer car to show for it! I was very happy with the way everything turned out!
Our car broke down on the highway there in Sherman. Had to stay overnight at a hotel nearby. I called Sherman Chevrolet the very next morning and talked to Cayden, one of the salesmen. He picked me and my wife up from the hotel. Cayden was awesome and provided us the most attentive and pleasant buying experience I've ever had (and being a courier I've bought alot of cars over the years).

Dropped off my Traverse for routine maintenance and left for a few hours. Was notified on my phone about 30-45 minutes it was ready. This prompt service was excellent. Service writers are so pleasant & friendly.

I bought my new Silverado back in March and just took it yesterday for its first service. It was 2:15 on a Saturday and I called and talked to Johnny to see if they could get me in for an oil change and tire rotation. Since they close at 4 I was doubtful, but he told me to be there before 3 and they could take care of me. Sure enough I got there and it only took about 30 minutes.
