I always have a good experience with Sherman Chevrolet Service Center. Their customer service is great. Bret was really awesome at helping me determine what maintenance I needed for my vehicle based on mileage and past maintenance appointments, rather than just signing me up for a cookie cutter service package. I do wish their software calculated a more accurate quote based on service selection. My total ended up being about $200 more than quoted. Also, the process for dropping a vehicle off is just a little awkward. I'm never sure if I'm supposed to go in or just wait in my car. Signage might be nice.

My credit score is low, under 700, so I could never see myself in a new car. They did the impossible, helped me get into a brand new vehicle. A new car wasn't on my radar unless it was under $20,000. I had 3 "wants" upon going to the car dealership: used, bigger vehicle, lower mileage *under 30,000*. I needed lower monthly payments because of my situation. Those wants weren't satisfied. While no one twisted my arm, they are pushy. I told them I could NOT make the high payments seeing as though I haven't worked since January and I'm a single Mom. I finally said fine I'll make it work. When I got to finance, they told me how much my payments were going to be, I told them absolutely not, Again! He seemed exasperated, and said come on you can do an extra $40. My car dealer recommended I do Uber on the side to make ends meet. I am still recovering from ruptured discs in my spine. No way am I going to work a 13+ hour shift at the hospital then turn around and do Uber. I needed a car that day or the next day seeing as though I was just about to start work. I would send my friends and family to another car dealership, they did as best as they could for me. As they told me.
Worst service I have ever received. Even after i said no! sales rep kept pushing and after everything was done. They didnt want to help anymore. Never going to this location
Service was excellent! Francisco took good care of me. The only recommendation I could make was that make sure that there's enough coffee in the waiting room because I came at 10 and there was no coffee and there's only four places to sit. I thought maybe the waiting area could use a little help!

They got my truck in in a timely manner, did the work that was discussed, and kept up communication throughout the time the truck was being serviced. Tim Barnett was my service rep and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him for any of my service needs. Top notch experience.
