Cadillac Beats Luxury Rivals in J.D. Power Dependability Study
Cadillac has a longstanding reputation for quality and customer satisfaction — and a new study from J.D. Power shows that the premium automaker continues to uphold that legacy today.
J.D. Power U.S. Vehicle Dependability Study
The annual J.D. Power U.S. Vehicle Dependability Study tracks problems found in new cars, trucks, and SUVs over the first three years of ownership. Customers are surveyed on key issues in nine different categories, from technology to seat comfort to engine performance.
For 2022, Cadillac outranked most of its luxury rivals in J.D. Power’s study, posting better dependability and customer satisfaction scores than big names like BMW, Mercedes, and Lincoln.
As these results demonstrate, when you buy a Cadillac, you’re getting more than just luxury — although you can count on plenty of that, too! You’re also getting a vehicle with intuitive technologies, a welcoming and comfortable interior, effortless power and handling, and long-term reliability to improve your peace of mind.
There’s a lot of variety in Cadillac’s lineup, too. Our 2022 options include high-performance sedans like the CT4 and CT5, premium crossovers like the XT5 and XT6, and the iconic Escalade full-size SUV. And for the upcoming model year, we’re looking forward to welcoming the innovative, all-electric 2023 LYRIQ.
